Diamer Superintendent of Police Sher Khan told the Pakistani newspaper. Dawn than “16 bodies have been recovered from the river.while the search for the remaining people continues,” as 22 people are estimated to have fallen into the water.
According to him, there is one injured person, the bride, who has been taken to hospital for treatment. The vehicle was coming from Astore district and fell into the Indus River during the afternoon in the disputed Kashmir region.
