The coach of Wanapix Room 10, Jorge Paloshas been awarded as best coach of the Second Division 2023/24 at the Ramón Cobo Awards of the Royal Spanish Football Federation. The trophy collected by the Zaragoza-born coach on Monday, November 11 at the RFEF’s headquarters recognized the great work of the team last year, achieving the promotion and the club’s record number of consecutive victories.

Jorge Palos was pleased with the distinction and acknowledged the group’s contribution to this individual award: “I hope to be able to share this trophy among each of those who were part of the project”.. Undoubtedly, the season of the Zaragozanos in the silver category of futsal was one to remember, with 25 wins, 1 draw and four defeats that gave them 76 pointsconcluding the competition with a 12-point lead over the chaser.

However, this season has not started in the same way. It is clear that the is an important leap in categorybut it is also influenced by the demanding schedule They have had to face teams like Barcelona, Inter Movistar or Cartagena, some of the mainstays of the First Division. Circumstances that have led to the fact that Wanapix still has not scored points after five rounds and is positioned as bottom.
