At a Halloween night stop on the Tucker Carlson National Tour, Donald Trump joined Carlson onstage for an hour and a half for a conversation that included many of his usual topics, but also some surprising comments imagining sending Liz Cheney to war and shooting her. In.

After criticizing Cheney for regularly calling for U.S. military intervention abroad, Trump said he didn’t blame his father, former Vice President Dick Cheney, for “keeping his daughter.”

Trump said of Liz Cheney, eliciting laughter from the audience: “But your daughter is a very, very stupid person, very stupid.” “She’s a radical war hawk. Let’s put her with a rifle standing there, with nine barrels shooting at her, OK? Let’s see how he feels about that, you know, when the guns are pointed at his face.

Trump continued with some surprisingly dovish comments: “You know, all the war hawks when they’re sitting in Washington in a nice building saying: Oh, wow, let’s send 10,000 troops right into the enemy’s mouth.” “But she’s a stupid person. She’s had meetings with a lot of people and she’s always wanted to go to war with people.”

Trump jumped in when Carlson asked Trump if he found it odd that Dick Cheney’s “disgusting little daughter,” Liz Cheney, supports Harris and opposes him. Trump said he felt Cheney’s support for Harris actually hurt her Democratic opponent.

Trump began by saying: “She’s a psychopath,” he began. “The reason she doesn’t like me is because she wants to stay in Iraq, she wants to be a cruel person, they’re killing people everywhere. She’s very cruel, isn’t she?” Trump said sarcastically. “They’re not strong people.”

He also fondly remembers opposing her after she voted in favor of his impeachment, which led to her being soundly defeated when she ran for re-election.

“She lost to Congress by the highest number in history,” Trump said, beaming. “There’s never been a member of Congress who lost by almost 40 points, and the reason is because if I were in that position, I would resign.”

Trump continued: “The reason he couldn’t stand me is because he always wanted to go to war with people,” before going on to praise peace. “I don’t want to go to war. She wanted to stay in Syria, I took them out. It wanted to stay in Iraq and I wiped them out. I mean, if it was up to her, we’d be in 50 different countries.”

Trump noted the danger and death toll of wars, before elaborating on spending. He complained that modern wars do not result in the U.S. seizing resources, such as oil, afterward.

The Republican candidate said Iran and Iraq used to act as checks on each other, fighting over territory, but after the U.S. attacked Iraq, it gave Iran control of the region.

Trump also criticized Dick Cheney and former member of the Bush and Trump administrations, John Bolton, for their enthusiasm for the war.

“I was never a fan of Cheney. Trump said: “I was always very critical,” he said, returning again to the account of spending $9 trillion to “bomb the Middle East.”

“And what the hell did we get, other than a bunch of dead people, including our own people?” – Trump asked. “We got nothing.”

The conversation also included Trump specifically targeting both Hillary Clinton and, of course, Kamala Harris. He compared the two, praising Clinton’s intelligence while continuing to claim that Harris is not a smart person.

Trump said: “Hillary Clinton is a smart woman, much smarter than Kamala, but she doesn’t lie that much.” “Hillary was a liar and a terrible liar. But she lies a lot. She’s a person with a low IQ. She doesn’t even know she’s lying, I assure you. “That’s not what you want for your president.”

He continued, also taking Joe Biden to task. “She’s someone with a very low IQ. Trump said: “She’s dumb as a rock and that can’t be allowed,” Trump said. “We love our country so much. You can’t have it. “We just went through four years of this, and we can’t take it anymore: No country can take too much.”

Trump offered no evidence to back up his insults of his rivals’ intelligence.
