The S.D. Ejea and Hercules C.F. have just confirmed the suspension of tomorrow’s match of the first phase of the first round of Copa del Rey. The reason for the postponement is due to the conditions in which the Valencian road has been left due to the damage caused by the DANA on its way to Ejea de los Caballeros. The new date, now official, will be next Wednesday, November 6 at 8:00 pm.

The Axeans will have to wait one more week to play again, after twelve years the oldest competition in the country and for many the most beautiful. Thus, the weather conditions in the Valencian Community prevent the squad of the Alicante have a safe and secure journey.

Thus, the match will be played at the Lechán Stadium (Ejea) next Wednesday at 8.00 p.m.as it has happened in other qualifying rounds in which Valencian teams have to travel. This is the case of C.P. Parla Escuela – Valencia C.F and Pontevedra C.F. – Levante U.D., which will face their respective matches on Wednesday and Thursday.

It has been twelve years since their last appointment with the Copa del Rey. Precisely their last rival in this competition will be the same as the one they will face on Wednesday and Thursday. S.D. Huesca today at 20.00 hours, the Badalona Futur (former Llagostera), where the Aragonese club lost 1-0.
