He went on to accuse the plaintiff of blackmail: “Silent money, no matter how much or how little, is still silent money. In my mind, this means that I am admitting to behavior that I cannot do, which is an ugly behavior that no human being should do to another person.
In the lawsuit filed by Jane RoeThe plaintiff accused Brooks of “speaking publicly about sexual topics” and sending her sexually explicit messages including one “about having a threesome with his wife Ms. Yearwood.”
Brooks subsequently filed a preemptive lawsuit in Mississippi on October 8 to prevent the plaintiff from suing him in her home state.
