Marvel Boss Kevin Feige teases a surviving ‘Blade,’ the return of Scarlet Witch and the future of Miles Morales

Blade It may be off the theatrical calendar, but Marvel Studios creative director Kevin Feige has stated that the studio is “committed” to the project.

The reboot of the Wesley Snipes franchise was announced at Comic-Con 2019 with Oscar winner Mahershala Ali in the title role. Feige’s statements came recently to Brazilian entertainment website Omelete.

“We love the character, and we love Mahershala’s version of him. And rest assured: When we change direction on a project, or we’re still trying to figure out how it fits into our timeline, we let the audience know. You’re in the loop. “But I can tell you that the character is coming to the MCU,” Feige said.

He also gave an update on Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch. Although she died at the end of Dr. Strange in the Madness of the Multiverse, She disappeared from WandaVision Disney + Inspired, Agatha Forever.

Feige told Omelete that Scarlet isn’t dead yet.

“Since then (Agatha), there have been a lot of questions about Wanda in the minds of fans… so all I can say is that we’re excited to see when and how the Scarlet Witch might return,” said Feige.

While there is no theatrical release date yet for the Sony/Marvel animated trilogy. Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse, There’s a re-release date for Tom Holland-Zendaya’s Marvel Studios-Sony part four Spider-Man co-production, which is July 24, 2026. There are no immediate plans to release a live-action version of the popular animated movie Spidey, Miles Morales, however, Feige did not close the door on that saying “I hope so, shortly after that.” (Beyond the Spider-Verse), can enter the MCU in live action.
