Multi-instrumentalist Mk.gee made his debut in Saturday Night Live with performances of “Alesis” and his recently released single “Rockman.”

The 28-year-old New Jersey native, who has been performing captivating live shows elsewhere, performed “Rockman” – including the eagle screams.
The song, which he first released in October, has drawn comparisons to Sting and The Police, although Mk.gee was not specific about its inspiration.
MK G’s world tour concludes in Australia next month.
