Hot Frosty, directed by Lacey Chabert and Dustin Milligan, was this week’s most watched movie on Netflix.
The Christmas movie racked up 16 million views from its premiere on Nov. 13 through Sunday, Nov. 19, to take the No. 1 spot on Netflix’s most-watched movie list for the week of Nov. 11. That audience pales in comparison to Mike Tyson. – However, the Jake Paul fight, with 46.6 million views, took the top spot as the most-watched title of the week.
The 46.6 million views include both the Tyson-Paul main event and the three other fights that took place before they entered the ring: Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano, Mario Barrios vs. Abel Ramos, and Neeraj Joyat vs. Henderson Nunes. From the opening bell to the end of the Tyson-Ball match, the AMA was watched by an average of 108 million viewers live around the world, making it the number one television program of the week.
The second season of “Arcane” was the second most-watched TV program this week with 7.4 million views, narrowly beating out the sixth season of “Cobra Kai,” which also garnered 7.4 million views for third place on the most-watched TV program list. The fourth season of “Outer Banks” was next with 6.1 million views in its sixth week on the chart, while the Tyson-Paul fight boosted the “Countdown: Paul vs. “Tyson” to fifth place with 4.8 million viewers.
The second season of “The Diplomat” garnered 3.3 million views in its third week on the list, ranking as the sixth most-watched program this week, beating out “Alien Investigation,” which garnered 3 million views in seventh place. The list. List.
“Hot Frosty” wasn’t the only Christmas movie to dominate the week’s ratings, as Christina Milian’s “Meet Me Next Christmas” took second place on the most watched list with 11.8 million views after its debut on November 6. “Minions: The Rise of Gru” came in third with 7 million views, “Alita: Battle Angel” came in fourth with 6.2 million views, and “Focus” came in fifth with 5.4 million views.
