“Saturday Night Live” kicked off with a surprise appearance by Vice President Kamala Harris this week, quickly followed by another surprise appearance by former vice presidential candidate Tim Kaine. Unfortunately for him, no one remembered his name.
Hillary Clinton’s former colleague appeared in the return of the fan-favorite movie “What’s That Name?” Drawing, a game show that requires contestants to remember names they should definitely know.
In this case, the contestant was a man played by host John Mulaney, who has long been openly progressive on social media and definitely voted for Clinton. But, when Ken came out, he couldn’t remember his name.
He quickly scolded Mulaney’s character, reminding him, “You voted for me to be one step closer to the presidency,” but to no avail. Finally, the host gave him three choices: “Tim Clinton, Tim Tim, Tim Scott.”
The contestant decided that two of the three definitely looked fake, and guessed Tim Tim, much to Ken’s dismay. The host explained that it wasn’t actually any of the men on the show, and offered some relief.
“Oh, God bless you,” the host said.
From there, the game continued, all the way to the final clue worth 10 million dollars. The question? This guy’s name. It was Tim Kane again.
“I told you 90 seconds ago!” He shouted as Mullaney struggled again.
